Naveen Kasturia, best known for Aspirants, is the new addition to the world of Mithya. He will be seen playing the role of a mysterious writer Amit Chaudhary in Mithya: The Darker Chapter. On the other hand, Huma Qureshi and Avantika Dassani reprise their characters from the first season. With only a few days left before the show's release, the makers have dropped a new poster of Mithya 2. It's all about Naveen aka Amit's evil intentions.

ZEE5 shared a new poster of Mithya 2 (The Darker Chapter) on social media. The poster suggests that Naveen Kasturia's character Amit Chaudhary comes with an evil plan. The text on Mithya 2's poster reads: "Kabhi kabhi gussa itna hota hai ki badla lekar satisfaction nahi milta."

Sharing this poster on Instagram, the streaming platform further mentioned, "What happens when anger is all that’s left? Trailer out now! (sic)." For the uninitiated, Huma Qureshi aka Juhi is shaken by plagiarism accusations from Naveen's Amit Chaudhary. This incident happens while she enjoys the success of her book Dhund.

Naveen Kasturia on challenges he faced

In an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Naveen spoke about the challenges he faced while shooting for Mithya: The Darker Chapter. "See, the most unique thing would be the world it was set in; it had a very dark and mysterious undertone to the show. For me, that was the newest thing about the character and as far as the challenging part is concerned, I find every role of mine challenging because the way I approach it, I start from zero," he said.
