JioCinema is gearing up to launch a fresh series called Moonwalk. This exciting mix of romance and heist features Samir Kochhar, Anshumaan Pushkar, and Nidhi Singh in the main roles. The creators just dropped the trailer, ramping up the buzz around the storyline. Before it hits the screens, they've also shared a new promo showcasing the lead cast.

On December 15, JioCinema dropped a fresh promo for Moonwalk on their Instagram. The video features Tarik Pandey, played by Anshumaan Pushkar, showcasing his iconic moonwalk while claiming to be Rampur's top thief. Meanwhile, Maddy, portrayed by Samir Kochhar, is a slick crook from Delhi. Both of them are vying for the affection of the girl of their dreams, Chandani, played by Nidhi Singh. But Chandani has a twist: she challenges them to see who can steal the more impressive item to win her heart.

The streaming platform shared the promo with the caption, "6 months, one girl, and the biggest heist for her! So much fun #Moonwalk, streaming from December 20, exclusively on JioCinema Premium."

Samir Kochhar talks about his role in Moonwalk.

Samir Kochhar couldn't hide his excitement for Moonwalk, saying that his character Maddy is a legendary figure in the heist world, pulling off the most challenging jobs with incredible skill and charm. He mentioned that Maddy is always a step ahead and has a bit of a dark side hidden beneath his charming facade.

"This character keeps you on your toes as the plot develops, which is what makes it so engaging. I'm also looking forward to trying something fresh and different from my past roles. Moonwalk promises to be thrilling, full of surprises, and has all the elements that the audience craves—drama and entertainment galore," he expressed.

Anshumaan, who takes on the role of Tarik, described his experience with Moonwalk as an 'exhilarating journey,' highlighting how much he enjoys being part of such a fun and exciting project.

Nidhi, on the other hand, mentioned that her character Chandni is a mix of mischief and innocence. She expressed her excitement about exploring Chandni's dynamic with Anshumaan and Samir, noting how their relationship grows in a heartfelt way, which really adds depth to the story.

Moonwalk is directed by Ajay Bhuyan and produced by Jyoti Deshpande from Jio Studios and Ajay G Rai from Jar Pictures, set to premiere on JioCinema on December 20.
