The story centers on Ramachandran, a middle-aged government employee whose life changes significantly with the arrival of a senior colleague, Lakshmi. Biju Menon portrays Ramachandran, while the well-known dancer Methil Devika makes her acting debut as Lakshmi. Nikhila Vimal also features in the film as Uma.

Kadha Innuvare boasts an extensive ensemble cast, including Anusree, Siddique, Kottayam Ramesh, Renji Panicker, Appunni Sasi, Krishna Prasad, Anu Mohan, Hakkim Shahjahan, Jordi Poonjar, Kalesh Kalakkoodu, Kishor Satya, among others, who play supporting roles. The musical score and songs for the film were composed by Ashwin Aryan, while Jomon T John was responsible for the cinematography. The production is managed by Plan J Studios.
