Kadha Innuvare boasts an extensive ensemble cast, including Anusree, Siddique, Kottayam Ramesh, Renji Panicker, Appunni Sasi, Krishna Prasad, Anu Mohan, Hakkim Shahjahan, Jordi Poonjar, Kalesh Kalakkoodu, Kishor Satya, among others, who play supporting roles.
