Mandakini to stream on Manorama Max

The family entertainer is all set to make its digital debut on the popular platform soon. It is plausible to assume that Mandakini will be available on the platforms after its 40-day theatrical run, given the present pattern in the Malayalam industry.

The movie debuted in theatres alongside Asif Ali-Biju Menon's cop drama Thalavan and Mammootty's Turbo. Both the films will also be streaming on SonyLIV soon.

All about Mandakini

The comedy entertainer, Mandakini, which starred the lead actors as a married couple, was alluded to in the movie's trailer and posters. The hilarious plot was teased in the two-minute and seventeen-second video, which was released last month. It started with Aromal's (Althaf) and Ambili's (Anarkali) wedding night. A funny story begins when Ambili starts to question her husband's past relationships.

On his wedding night, Aromal, a shy young man, seems to be duped by a few of his relatives and expresses curiosity about Ambili's past relationships. The main character of Mandakini is a young man who is fighting to keep his new marriage from disintegrating on the first night.

Jeo Baby, Pratish Jacob, Ambili Sunil, Babita Basheer, Guinness Vinod, Ganapathi, Jafar Idukki, Sarita Kuku, Vineet Thattil, Aswathy Srikanth, Kutty Akhil, Akhila Nath, and Ajim Shah are among the supporting cast members of the film. Vinod Leela is the director and writer of this humorous family drama.

Although the screenplay lacks humour at times, Mandakini's representation of male and female characters is balanced, giving both groups equal importance.
