The makers of Tamil upcoming film, Madraskaaran, unveiled its poster today (July 23). It has also been confirmed that the teaser of the Shane Nigam-starrer would be released tomorrow (July 24). The poster shows Shane’s rugged avatar in this film. Further details of the movie, including its theatrical release date, is expected in the coming days.
Shane Nigam’s Tamil debut with Madraskaaran
Shane Nigam, a Malayalam young star, will be making his Tamil film debut in this upcoming movie, Madraskaaran. The movie began shooting on February 14. In the meantime, the actor recently discussed his role and Madraskaaran's storyline in detail.
Shane Nigam revealed in an interview with Times of India that he will be portraying Sathyamoorty, who hails from Pudukottai. The actor stated that even though his character was raised in Chennai, he must return home because his father desires for him to get hitched. "The main focus of the movie is what happens after that. The actor was quoted as saying, "Even though there is action in the film, it leans more towards a poignant drama space."
Shane added that since RDX's success, he had received offers from Tamil people. While RDX's revenge plot is similar to that of Madraskaaran, its subjects are different. The actor went on to say that one of his toughest challenges in the movie will be playing a Tamilian. Madraskaaran, according to director Vaali, is about what happens when two youngsters have a small ego conflict.
Shane’s Madraskaaran to release soon?
The movie, which is helmed by Rangoli-fame Vaali Mohan Das, is billed as a comedy thriller. In the film, Kalaiyarasan plays the other male lead. Niharika Konidela, Aishwarya Dutta, Karunas, and Pandiarajan will be playing important roles. Niharika is making her Tamil debut with this project. Sam C S composed the music for the movie, and Prasanna is the cinematographer. Madraskaaran, which is produced by B Jagadish of SR Productions, is anticipated to hit theatres soon.
