The grand finale of this universe will unfold in 2028, featuring back-to-back releases of Pehla Mahayudh on August 11 and Doossra Mahayudh on October 18, just in time for Diwali.

The production house shared the official poster with all the release dates on social media, captioning it, “Dinesh Vijan presents the genre-defining lineup of #MaddockHorrorComedyUniverse 8 theatrical films that will take you on a wild ride of laughter, spooks, thrills and screams!”

Here’s what you can look forward to

In 2018, the production house struck gold with the release of the horror-comedy Stree, which turned out to be a box office success. This success inspired them to dive deeper into supernatural themes and find ways to link their stories together.

Dinesh Vijan, speaking about the production house, shared, “At Maddock, our goal has always been to innovate and entertain. We create engaging characters that connect with audiences, rooted in India’s vibrant culture and heritage.”

He continued, “This strong connection makes our stories not only relatable but also significant. With a dedicated and enthusiastic fanbase, we’re gearing up for something even more exciting: a cinematic universe that brings unforgettable characters and their tales to life like never before. We’re thrilled to take audiences on this adventure through 2028 and beyond – and this is just the beginning.”
