Lucky Baskhar, the recently released Telugu film starring Dulquer Salmaan in the lead role, has been having a fantastic run at the box office, and more screens are being allotted. The film was released in theatres on October 31 for the occasion of Diwali and is directed by filmmaker Venky Atluri.

A period drama set in the 1980s, the film revolves around a bank employee who is denied promotion despite his hard work. However, one day, he finds crooked ways to make money and from then on, there is no turning back.
While he had earlier reported that Netflix has bagged the post-theatrical streaming rights of the film, the latest reports suggest that the film is all set to stream on the OTT from November 30. However, an official announcement from the streaming giant is yet to be made. Given the successful run of the film, Lucky Baskhar’s OTT release date might be announced towards the month end. As per reports, the film might be released way before Sivakarthikeyan's Amaran makes its way on Netflix.
