Vicky Kaushal on working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali
In a previous discussion regarding his collaboration with Bhansali, Vicky shared with GQ India that he has been closely observing the filmmaker's work, which he finds astonishing. He noted that Bhansali is entirely immersed in his craft, viewing every scene as a metaphor for life that possesses an enduring quality. The director's attention extends beyond Vicky's performance in a single shot; it encompasses the interplay of light, the movement of curtains, and the dynamics of the background. This meticulous observation has left the actor captivated.
Bhansali consistently adheres to his established style, perpetually strategizing for the current scene as well as the subsequent one. His keen focus allows him to avoid prolonged discussions on any single subject. Nevertheless, the director retains his poise when engaging in conversations about creativity.
Filming commitments of the cast
Until October, Alia and Vicky Kaushal will film Love And War for over 200 days, while Ranbir plans to wrap up his role in the film by July or August of 2025.
