Love, Sitara directed by Vandana Kataria has got a direct-to-OTT release on ZEE5. Starring Sobhita Dhulipala and Rajeev Siddhartha, the film is set to win people's hearts with its story of a family where there is endless drama, marriage mayhem, and secrets. Ahead of its release, the makers dropped the much-awaited trailer on their social media handle. 

Love, Sitara trailer is out

A while ago, ZEE5 dropped the heartwarming trailer of the upcoming film Love, Sitara. In the video, we can see Tara (Sobhita Dhulipala) saying that she is ready for her marriage even though she was against it as reminded by her friends. She is an independent interior designer and getting married to Arjun (Rajeev Siddhartha), a passionate chef.

However, as wedding preparations begin at Tara's house, intergenerational conflicts and hidden truths begin to emerge. The trailer teases shocking revelations that threaten to unravel not only the couple's future but the foundation of the entire family.

Love, Sitara explores the complexities of modern relationships, the weight of family expectations, and the courage needed to face uncomfortable truths.

Sobhita Dhulipala pens note as Love, Sitara trailer releases

Sharing the trailer of her upcoming film on Instagram, Sobhita wrote, "Presenting this sweet and humble family-drama we shot in Kerala while navigating some very unique challenges during the Covid lockdowns. Sitara to me is a heady mix of strong and sensitive."

She also added that Tara is a successful career girlie who finds the courage to question and shatter her own patterns and conditioning. The actress also urges fans to watch the film as they made it with love. 

Meanwhile, produced by Ronnie Screwvala, Love, Sitara has been described as a tale of 'love, heartbreak and self-discovery'. Apart from Sobhita and Rajeev, the movie stars Sonali Kulkarni. The film will be available for streaming on September 27 on ZEE5 and OTTplay Premium.
