Sobhita Dhulipala is awaiting the release of her slice-of-life romance and family drama, Love, Sitara. The actress plays the role of a fierce and independent woman in the Vandana Kataria directorial. She will be seen essaying the character of an interior designer Sitara in the movie, which will premiere on ZEE5. Before its release on the platform, the streamer dropped a new poster of Love, Sitara featuring Sobhita.

ZEE5 shared a new poster of Love, Sitara featuring Sobhita Dhulipala as her character Tara. The poster highlights many shades of Dhulipala's character. While sharing it on Instagram, the streamer captioned the post, "Discover a new story with every shade of Sitara #LoveSitara streaming from 27th September, only on ZEE5 (sic)." In an official statement, Sobhita opened up about playing the role of Sitara in the Vandana Kataria film. The actress said essaying this character was a very meaningful journey for her. Sobhita revealed that her character is a successful interior designer who attempts to understand the 'reason for her choices, family dynamics, and the patterns one inherits unknowingly from family.

Earlier, while sharing the official trailer of Love, Sitara, Sobhita revealed that the film was shot in Kerala. The caption to her IG post read, "Presenting this sweet and humble family-drama we shot in Kerala while navigating some very unique challenges during the Covid lockdowns. Sitara to me is a heady mix of strong and sensitive (sic)."

She further mentioned, "A successful career girlie who finds the courage to question and shatter her own patterns and conditioning (sic)."
