Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2, the anthology by Dibakar Banerjee, had its theatrical release in April this year. After two months, the film has reached OTT and is now streaming on Netflix. Shubham and Prateek Vats co-wrote the screenplay for the anthology drama, which stars Paritosh Tiwari, Bonita Rajpurohit, Abhinav Singh, and Swaroopa Ghosh in the lead roles. The film follows on from the success of Love Sex Aur Dhokha (2010). The film's plot is a fusion of the screenplay and newly discovered footage.

Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2 production details and box office performance

Talking about Love Sex Aur Dhokha 2, through interwoven tales of romance, friendship, and self-discovery, the film delves into the difficulties of contemporary relationships and the digital age of identity.

Shobha and Ektaa R. Kapoor's Balaji Motion Pictures produced the film, which bombed at the box office.

Director's perspective and premise

Earlier, in preparation for the teaser drop, Dibakar had posted a disclaimer. He went on to say that the premise of Love Sex Aur Dhokha was that young people nowadays are more comfortable in front of the camera than their parents' generation because of their exposure to the medium.

The plot takes place among children and teenagers, but those audiences are not yet mature enough to enjoy the LSD 2 trailer or teaser, so please refrain from doing so unless they are adults. Get in touch with the adults ahead of time if they're bringing their family to the movie. If they find it difficult to communicate with family members, do not bring them along. Join alone, with friends, with girlfriends, with boyfriends, or with coworkers from the workplace. However, give some thought before inviting relatives. He kindly asked that viewers exercise caution when viewing it.

Producer's concern and international reception

Earlier, before the release of LSD 2, Ektaa spoke to Variety, expressing that the reception of Thank You for Coming in India had left a terrible ache in her heart. She is confused as to what happened to the welcome it received abroad. Also, they were the targets of daily hate mail because they dared to explore female sexuality in an effort to create a film about it. Dibakar Banerjee's 2010 smash hit LSD: Love, Sex, Aur Dhokha has a sequel, LSD 2, and Ektaa can only speculate about its release. Ektaa feared that she would need to take cover once more.
