Lineman, the 2024 Tamil film which directly released on Aha Tamil, is now available for streaming on the platform, along with OTTplay Premium app. The direct-to-OTT release film is headlined by veteran actor Charle and is based on true incidents.

Lineman out on OTT

After bagging the post-theatrical streaming rights of many Tamil films, Aha Tamil has now premiered a Tamil film exclusively on its platform. Titled Lineman, the film is available for streaming right now, and on OTTplay Premium as well.

Lineman stars Charle in the lead role and is based on true incidents. Set against the backdrop of Thoothukudi salt pans, the film revolves around the difficulties people of the land face and revolves around an electric lineman played by Charle. Meanwhile, his son attempts to meet the chief minister of the state to submit his project on solar lights. The film is helmed by Udhai Kumar with Vinoth Sekar and Dinakar Babu as producers. The technical crew consists of Vishnu K Raja cranking the camera and Deepak Nandhakumar scoring the music. Sivaraj is the editor of the film. Actor Aditi Balan makes a special appearance in the film.
