Like A Dragon: Yakuza: Ryoma Takeuchi's Kazuma finally picks a fight, everything to expect from the next 3 episodes
1 month ago | 5 Views
Despite Like A Dragon: Yakuza being a violent show, there aren't many intense battles on it so far. The makers, who have adapted the series from a video game, gave an introduction to the show last week. We witnessed the Yakuza culture, which was active in 90s Japan. At the same time, while underground matches play a pivotal role in building the story, that was missing in the previous episodes. In the coming episodes though, that will be the focus. Here's what you can expect from the coming three episodes on Thursday...
Kazuma's underground match
Kazuma (Ryoma Takeuchi) has agreed to a boxing match. It is to be noted that inspired by one boxing match, Kazuma grew to be that very man. He stayed away from all forms of violence but the fight was a part of the deal and thus, he will take on the fight.
What inspired Kazuma to be the man with the dragon tattoo?
There was just a glimpse of how Kazuma was inspired by a man with the dragon tattoo on his back. Once grown up in every sense, Kazuma became that man. The coming episodes are likely to explore that backstory.
Nishikiyama vs Kazuma?
Although Kazuma is established as a strong personality, Akira Nishikiyama (Kento Kaku) is his fierce competitor. They are both yakuza working for the most powerful groups with different ideologies. It will be interesting to note how Kazuma and Nishikiyama clash again.
Like A Dragon: Yakuza season 1 is expected to end on Thursday, October 31. The last three episodes from the season will be out tomorrow, which will hint at whether the season will be revived or not.
