"Leela Vinodam" is a period drama set in a quaint village, focusing on the life of a young student portrayed by Shanmukh. His character harbours feelings for a girl but faces challenges in expressing his affection. Ultimately, he finds the courage to confess his emotions, yet the girl remains unresponsive.

The film primarily delves into the experiences of a young man who is plagued by negative thoughts while anxiously awaiting a reply from his beloved. The trailer highlights his proposal, his anticipation for her answer, and the lighthearted exchanges he shares with his friends regarding love. These aspects have been effectively illustrated in the promotional material.
