Several movies that were delayed for unknown reasons are being shown on big screens this week (September 16–September 22). In the upcoming week, a Malayalam web series is also anticipated to debut on OTT. The films and web series that are scheduled to release this week are listed below.

Soul Stories – Manorama Max

The announcement of the web series took place at the 2024 Mazhavil Entertainment Awards. The web series, directed by Sanil Kalathil, consists of four episodes that each address a relevant and progressive topic related to women. The web series' cast includes Suhasini, Anarkali Marikar, Renji Panicker, RJ Karthik, Wafa Khatheeja, Asha Madathil, and Gopika Manjusha. The teaser mentions a few moving and captivating stories where women take centre stage.

Kadha Innuvare - Theatrical (September 20)

The movie, which stars Biju Menon and Methil Devika in the lead parts, released a first-look motion poster last month. The renowned dancer debuted as an actress in Kadha Innuvare, directed by Vishnu Mohan. Actors such as Nikhila Vimal, Hakeem Shahjahan, Anusree, Anu Mohan, Renji Panicker, Siddique, Krishnaprasad, Appunni Sasi, Kishore Sathya, and Jordy Poonjar play significant roles in the movie.

Thekku Vadakku - Theatrical (September 20)

The film's trailer offers a glimpse into the lives of Madhav and Shangunni, two middle-aged men who have been embroiled in a land dispute for over thirty years. However, a comical series of events follows the encounter. The video also includes a few emotional moments as the families of the two individuals try to cope with all the difficulties caused by this legal dispute.

Kummatikali - Theatrical (September 20)

With this film, Madhav Suresh, the son of BJP MP and Malayalam actor Suresh Gopi, will make his acting debut. The movie's trailer introduces Madhav as Dennis, a youngster who belongs to the Kummati Boys gang and lives by the sea. It also shows how opposed he is to people stealing the community's sole source of income.
