Game Changer is an upcoming Telugu film starring Ram Charan in the lead role. The film is directed by filmmaker Shankar. In the latest update regarding the film, the dubbing work for Game Changer has begun, as the makers of the film announced on social media on Wednesday.

Game Changer update: Dubbing begins

Ram Charan is set to join hands with filmmaker Shankar for a film titled Game Changer. The dubbing work for the film has commenced, with the team informing us of the same on Wednesday. The film is scheduled to hit theatres for Christmas 2024, as the producer of the film, Dil Raju, announced recently.

As per reports, Ram Charan will be playing a double role in Game Changer as a father and son. Kiara Advani has been roped in to play the female lead, while SJ Suryah is appearing as the lead antagonist. The film marks the first time Ram Charan will be working with director Shankar.

Besides him, the film also stars Jayaram, Prakash Raj, Anjali, Srikanth, Samuthirakani, Sunil, Nassar, and others in the supporting roles. S Thaman has composed the songs and original score for the film. The makers had recently released a single from the film. Thirunavukarasu is the cinematographer and Avinash Kolla is the art director.

Shankar’s Indian 2 OTT release date

Meanwhile, Shankar last directed Indian 2, the sequel to his 1996 film starring Kamal Haasan. The actor reprised his role as Senapathy, a freedom fighter-turned-vigilante against corruption. It also starred actors Siddharth, Bobby Simha, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Rakul Preet, SJ Suryah, Samuthirakani and others.

The film did not do well among the audience and had poor reception. After its theatrical run, the film is set to release on Netflix on August 9 in multiple languages. Indian 2 will have a follow-up, Indian 3, which is scheduled to release in 2025, set during the pre-Independence era.
