Latest Bollywood OTT releases (September 2 to September 8)

Tanaav Season 2 Part 1 - SonyLIV (OTTplay Premium)

The second season of the action drama will pick up from where the first season left off. Promising to deliver intense action and suspense, the series is an adaptation of the popular Israeli show Fauda. Directed by Sudhir Mishra and Sachin Krishn, the series stars Manav Vij and Arbaaz Khan in the lead roles. The show also features Gaurav Arora, Satydadeep Misra, Rajat Kapoor, Shashank Arora, Kabir Bedi, Sahiba Bali, Ekta Kaul, Soni Razdan, Sukhmani Sadana and weaves together stories of bravery and revenge. Tanaav Season 2 is set to release on September 6, 2024. 

Kill - Disney+ Hotstar

After impressing the audience in theatres, the action-thriller 'Kill' starring Raghav Juyal and Lakshya in lead roles is set to release on OTT. The narrative of the film revolves around a train trip to New Delhi which gets bloody when a pair of commandos face an army of invading bandits. Directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, Kill is produced by Hiroo Yash Johar, Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Guneet Monga Kapoor, and Achin Jain under Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment. The film will start streaming on the OTT platform on September 6. 

Call Me Bae - Prime Video

Ananya Panday is set to make her OTT debut with Call Me Bae, directed by Collin D'Cunha. From living a lavish and privileged life, Bae's world abruptly collapses when she is disowned by her family. She is now set to start a new life in Mumbai with multiple reality checks. Te show is produced by Karan Johar's Dharmatic Entertainment and will premiere on the streaming platform on September 6. 

Emergency - Theatres

Starring Kangana Ranaut in the lead role, Emergency is based on the life of former Prime Minister of India, Indira Gandhi. Kangana will be seen portraying the politician's role on the big screen. Directed and written by Kangana, the film also stars Anupam Kher, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman, Shreyas Talpade, Vishak Nair, and the late Satish Kaushik. It is eyeing a release in theatres on September 6.
