While there are no theatrical releases this week, there are multiple options for you to watch on various digital platforms. From Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar's documentary titled 'Angry Young Men' to Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Prabhas starrer Kalki 2898 AD in Hindi, there's something for everyone to watch on OTT, so let's take a look.

Angry Young Men: The Salim-Javed Story - August 22 (Prime Video)

Angry Young Men will follow the exploration of the iconic screenwriting duo Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar. The two redefined Hindi cinema in the 1970s and the docu-series will delve into their extraordinary journey as collaborators in iconic films like Sholay, Deewar, Seeta Aur Geeta, and Zanjeer. The show will also include candid and unseen interviews with their families, writers, and Bollywood veterans and will trace Salim-Javed's rise to unprecedented fame and their eventual parting. 

Follow Kar Lo Yaar - August 23 (Prime Video)

Follow Kar Lo is an unscripted reality show that will offer an intimate look into the life of Uorfi Javed. Uorfi is known for her bold fashion sense and is termed as the controversial social media influencer. The show will take us to the daily life of the actress including her witty interactions with paps and the challenges she faces in the public eye. 

Kalki 2898 A.D - August 22 (Netflix [Hindi] & Prime Video)

After a successful run in theatres, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Prabhas starrer Kalki 2898 AD is finally coming on OTT platforms in Hindi. The blockbuster film is directed by Nag Ashwin and also stars Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani in important parts. The narrative of the film revolves around a bounty hunter (Prabhas) who is navigating the dystopian future of 2898 AD. He meets Sumathi (Deepika) on his journey believing her as his last hope to enter the futuristic world. The film will start streaming on Netflix on August 22 in Hindi and on Prime Video in other regional languages on the same date.

Tikdam - August 23 (JioCinema)

Tikdam stars Amit Sial, Divyansh Dwivedi, Arisht Jain, and Aarohi Saud in the lead roles. The family drama will showcase the heartwarming story of a middle-class family who all live in a small town in Uttarakhand. The film is filled with family values and a sense of community.
