L360 update: Mohanlal, Tharun Moorthy to resume shoot in THIS city

Mohanlal, the Malayalam superstar is teaming up with National Award-winning director Tharun Moorthy, for his 360th outing in films. The project, which has been tentatively titled L360, is nearing final stages of its shooting. Earlier, it was rumoured that the filming of the highly anticipated project will be wrapped up in October 2024. However, the latest updates suggest that around 20 days of shoot is left for the untitled Mohanlal starrer, which is touted to be a family entertainer.
L360 next schedule to begin in Chennai soon
According to the latest updates, the long pending third schedule of L360, which marks Mohanlal’s first collaboration with director Tharun Moorthy, is set to start rolling in Chennai soon. If the reports are to be believed, the makers are planning to kickstart the new schedule by in a couple of days. The grapevine suggests that the upcoming Chennai schedule is a brief one, which will be wrapped up in less than a week.
Later, director Tharun Moorthy and his team is planning to shift to Palakkad, Kerala, for the fifth schedule of the film. After wrapping up the Palakkad schedule, the team is expected to move to Thodupuzha, Kerala, for the fifth and supposedly final schedule of the highly anticipated film. Some unconfirmed reports suggest that a major chunk of Mohanlal’s portions in the film is already filmed. It is yet to be revealed if the leading man is joining all the three pending schedules of the film.
Mohanlal’s L360 release date
Initially, the highly anticipated project which features veteran actress Shobana as the female lead, was supposed to hit the theatres in October 2024. Later, it was reported that L360 is getting a December 2024 release. But, the recent updates suggest that the release of the upcoming Mohanlal starrer has been pushed to January 2025. L360 is jointly scripted by Sunil KR and director Tharun. Jakes Bejoy composes the songs and original score for the film, produced by Rejaputhra Visual Media.
