The makers of the Malayalam upcoming film, Kundannoorile Kulsitha Lahala, have dropped an update on its theatrical release. It has been confirmed that the comedy drama will hit the big screen on October 24. Saudi Vellakka-fame Lukman Avaran is playing the lead role in this movie.
All about Kundannoorile Kulsitha Lahala
This film was announced in December last year, however, there were no updates on its theatrical release until recently. The reason behind the delay in release is unknown. It is directed by debutante Akshay Ashok and features a supporting cast including Veena Nair, Asha Madathil, Jain George, and Suneesh Saami. Aji P Joseph had bankrolled this film under the banner of Cadre Cine Creations. Melvin Michael has composed the original score and soundtracks for the movie.
The makers claim that Kundannoorile Kulsitha Lahala would be entertaining to see and will have a hilarious impact on its audience. When the trailer for the film came out in November of last year, it gave viewers a look at the main characters and some of the most humorous scenes. On social media, the action sequences involving the female characters in the video had gone viral. The film depicts a funny riot among the villagers of Kundanur, where some people would rather live off of rumours and malice.
Other Malayalam films in October
Amal Neerad's highly anticipated, Bougainvillea, will make its big screen debut on October 17. The psychological thriller stars Kunchacko Boban, Jyothirmayi and Fahadh Faasil in pivotal roles. Joju George's directorial debut, Pani, will release theatres on October 24. The action drama's ensemble cast includes Bigg Boss-fame Sagar Surya, Junais, Abhaya Hiranmayi, Prasant Alexander, Sujith Shankar, and over sixty debutantes, along with Joju playing the lead character.
Arjun Ashokan and Balu Varghese-starrer Pallotty 90's Kids is also slated to hit theatres on the same date. This movie won awards for Best Children's Film, Best Child Artist, and Best Singer at the 53rd Kerala State Film Awards.
