Kunal Kemmu, a familiar face in acting, stepped into directing and made a splash with his first film, Go Goa Gone, which turned out to be a surprise hit. This 2013 zombie flick starred Saif Ali Khan as the zombie hunter. There's been a lot of chatter about the sequel, and Kunal, who recently directed Madgaon Express, has given an update on it. Kunal Kemmu has expressed his enthusiasm for directing Go Goa Gone 2. In a chat with ANI, he mentioned how much he enjoyed collaborating with Saif and is eager to team up with him again. "I’d be thrilled to work with him once more, and if they want me to direct a sequel, I’d be all in," he said.

The actor mentioned that making a sequel can be pretty tough since audiences already have certain expectations. With original films, people don’t really have anything specific in mind, which can actually work in their favor. But with sequels, those expectations can make things a lot more complicated.

Is there a sequel to Go Goa Gone in the making?

We still don’t have any solid news on whether the Go Goa Gone sequel is happening or when it might start. However, Kunal hinted that there’s a good chance it could kick off pretty soon. In the meantime, Saif is busy gearing up for his Netflix movie, Jewel Thief.

Saif Ali Khan has some upcoming films in the works

Saif was last spotted in Devara part 1 and is now gearing up for the release of Jewel Thief. He’s also involved in Race 4, Dining With The Kapoors, Shootout at Byculla, and of course, Devara 2. If everything goes according to plan, Go Goa Gone 2 could start filming later this year. Saif might kick off Devara 2 and his project with his daughter, Sara Ali Khan, soon if all goes smoothly. He may take a little break to recover from the recent stabbing incident, but there’s no official word on that yet.
