Kishore, who was recently featured in the Kannada film Yuva, has also appeared in notable projects such as Jailer and Vettaiyan alongside Rajinikanth, as well as Kannur Squad with Mammootty. He is now preparing for the release of his upcoming film back home.

In Anamadheya Ashok Kumar, Kishore portrays a journalist who becomes entangled in a murder investigation following the death of a lawyer he was interviewing. The police view the case as straightforward, given that he was present at the crime scene during the murder. However, the question remains: did he commit the crime, or is he a victim of framing? The answers to these questions will be revealed when the film premieres on February 7.

Kishore has been actively engaged in promoting Anamadheya Ashok Kumar and was recently inquired about his experience working alongside Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, who plays a significant yet undisclosed role in the film Sikandar. Reflecting on the direction of AR Murugadoss, Kishore remarked that the experience was enlightening, revealing the reasons behind Salman Khan's enduring stardom over the years, which extends beyond merely entertaining audiences through his films.

Kishore noted, "There are numerous positive aspects to his demeanour that are quite fascinating. Certain actions contribute to the elevation of stars like him. For example, during one scene, the noticeable height difference between us prompted the cinematographer to suggest that I remove my shoes, which I complied with. However, Salman observed this exchange and promptly stepped in, advising me to keep my shoes on and recommending that we capture the shot as it was, without any alterations." He further emphasized that this incident illustrates why Salman is such a prominent figure in the industry; he does not demand that the spotlight be solely on him.

Given that he had a cameo in Jailer and that a sequel has been announced, Kishore was asked if he would be in Jailer 2. “Oh no, I am not a part of it,” he says.
