Kishkindha Kaandam Box Office Collection Day 11: The mystery drama film directed by Dinjith Ayyathan, emerged as the surprise hit of Onam 2024. The movie, which stars Asif Ali, Vijayaraghavan, and Aparna Balamurali in the lead roles, hit the theatres without a major pre-release hype. However, Kishkindha Kaandam received excellent reviews from both the audiences and critics and has now earned blockbuster status at the box office. The Asif Ali starrer has now reportedly crossed the Rs 65 crore mark at the box office.

According to the recent updates from the trade experts, Kishkindhaa Kaandam crossed the Rs 65 crore mark at the worldwide box office, within the first 11 days of its release. As per the reports, the Dinjith Ayyathan directorial collected over Rs 34 crore from the Kerala box office alone, when it completed the second weekend at the theatres. The Asif Ali starrer collected over Rs 4 crore from the Rest of India centers. The overseas collection, on the other hand, now stands at Rs 25 crore.

If things go at the same rate, Kishkindha Kaandam might cross the Rs. 70 crore mark at the worldwide box office, when it completes its third week at the theatres. In that case, the Asif Ali starrer has all the possibility to cross the Rs. 80 crore mark at the box office, by the time it completes its lifetime run at the theatres. If the movie succeeds in getting an extended theatrical run like the previous Malayalam blockbusters, it might also enter the Rs. 100 crore club within its lifetime run.

Kishkindha Kaandam features Asif Ali as the protagonist Ajay Chandran KV, a man who deals with a tragic past. Vijayaraghavan plays the role of his aging father Appu Pillai. Aparna Balamurali, on the other hand, appears as Ajay’s newly-wedded second wife. Jagadish, Ashokan, Aarav, Vyshnavi Raj, Shebin Benson, Major Ravi, Nizhalgal Ravi, Nishan, Kottayam Ramesh, and others essay supporting roles. Mujeeb Majeed composed the music score. Bahul Ramesh and Sooraj ES handled the cinematography and editing.
