Raghav Juyal, the young dancer-turned-actor made a mark in Hindi cinema, with his power-packed performance in Kill. The movie, directed by Nikhil Nagesh Bhat, featured the talented actor in the role of the lead antagonist, Fani. Raghav Juyal, who has previously expressed his deep admiration for Malayalam cinema in many of his interviews, is reportedly gearing up to make his acting debut in the industry. As per the latest updates, the actor has been roped in to play a key role in an upcoming Mohanlal starrer.

Raghav Juyal to make Malayalam debut with Mohanlal’s next?

According to the grapevine, Raghav Juyal has been roped in to play a key role in the upcoming Mohanlal starrer, directed by newcomer Vishnu Vishwanath. If the reports are to be believed, the Kill actor has already been roped in for the project, while the Malayalam superstar is in talks to play the lead role in the film. The untitled project is scripted by Adarsh Sukumaran, the co-writer of blockbuster film RDX, and the acclaimed Mammootty starrer, Kaathal The Core.

Earlier, it was rumoured that the Mohanlal starrer, which is touted to be an action film, will be bankrolled by Sophia Paul, under the banner Weekend Blockbusters. However, in a recent interview with a leading Malayalam media, writer Adarsh Sukumaran refuted the rumours. According to the scriptwriter, the upcoming project is bankrolled by a Mumbai-based production house. However, the scenarist refrained from commenting on Mohanlal’s involvement in the Vishnu Vishwanath directorial.

Raghav Juyal’s work front

The talented actor made his debut in films in 2014, with the comedy film Sonali Cable. Later, he played supporting roles in many popular films including ABCD 2, Street Dancer 3D, and Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. However, it is his performance as the lead antagonist Fani in Kill (the movie is currently available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar), that made Raghav Juyal a household name. He was recently seen in Yudhra, the Siddhant Chaturvedi starrer, as Shafiq, one of the lead antagonists.
