Kiccha Sudeep's 46th film, titled Max, has been officially announced as a pan-India project, scheduled for release in multiple languages. At a press conference in Bengaluru on December 1, producer Kalaippuli S Thanu and director Vijay Kartikeyaa joined Sudeep to declare that this film is set to engage audiences and achieve considerable box office success. This announcement has generated anticipation for a simultaneous release in all languages.

Max will not release its versions in other languages simultaneously.
Thanu has currently narrowed his focus to three versions: Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu. However, these versions will not be released simultaneously. The Kannada version of Max is scheduled to premiere in theatres on December 25, coinciding with Christmas releases that include Mohanlal’s Barroz and Varun Dhawan’s Baby John. The Tamil and Telugu versions are set to be released two days later, on December 27. The success of the film may hinge on the initial reception it receives.
Max has received a U/A certification, as announced by the producer in a social media update late on December 13. In this post, the producer also outlined the staggered release strategy. Fans of Sudeep were quick to react, posing questions regarding the commencement of offline promotions for the film and inquiring about the potential launch of a trailer.
There is no romantic interest for Kiccha Sudeep in Max, and the reasons for this decision have been clarified.
To date, a few teasers and a song have been released, but the most recent sneak peek was compromised when a low-resolution version surfaced online, prompting the team to issue an official release sooner than anticipated. Sudeep has started participating in promotional interviews with mainstream media, which are expected to be published in the upcoming days.
The movie features Sudeep in the role of a fiery police officer named Arjun Mahakshay, known as Max among the gangsters who regard him with trepidation. The narrative centres on an event that transpires on the eve of Max's return to his station following a period of suspension. Additionally, the film includes performances by Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Sunil, Pramod Shetty, Samyukta Hornad, Sudha Belawadi, Ugramm Manju, and others.
