After working with Balaji in various TV shows and making his OTT debut with them, Ram Kapoor is now prepping for the release of his new series, Khalbali Records. The show is scheduled to release on JioCinema soon. Days after the teaser was unveiled (the trailer is yet to be revealed), the makers have now announced the release date for the show, along with a poster which shows Ram Kapoor on the record with other actors who appear in lead roles on the show. Cast and crew of Khalbali Records

Apart from Ram Kapoor, Khalbali Records stars Prabh Deep, Skand Thakur, Salonie Patel and Saloni Batra in key roles. Music legends Anu Malik and Amit Trivedi are associated with the series as well. While Anu Malik is seen as an actor, Amit Trivedi is the music producer for the series. Devanshu Singh has helmed the show.

Plot of Khalbali Records

As the name suggests, the show is about the music industry. Ram Kapoor plays the role of a music producer who is proposed with a hip-hop artist (Prabh Deep)'s unfiltered music, which is called Khalbali Records. The Bade Acche Lagte Hain actor promises lots of drama, clashes and chaos with the upcoming show.

Khalbali Records will release on JioCinema. It is scheduled for September 12 release.

About Ram Kapoor’s latest projects

Ram Kapoor was seen in Aparshakti Khurana’s show Jubilee, released in 2023, last. He played the role of Shamsher Singh Walia in the series. He made his OTT debut with Karrle Tu Bhi Mohabbat opposite his Bade Accha Lagte Hain co-star Sakshi Tanwar. Ram then went on to work in Kunal Kemmu’s Abhay 2, followed by Ishaan Khatter’s A Suitable Boy, Shefali Shah’s Human, and Masaba Gupta’s Masaba Masaba. On the movies front, he was last seen in Neeyat, which too was a 2023 release.
