Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 director Anees Bazmee spoke about clash with Ajay Devgn's Singham Again a day back. The director mentioned that it was not his job to get involved and avert the clash. Minutes into his statement, Kartik Aaryan appears to have made a call to Rohit Shetty to ask for the clash aversion. Kartik, it looks like, is of the belief that a clash will not benefit either of the films, and thus, he might have offered Rohit Shetty a solution in the matter. Here's what we know so far...

Kartik Aaryan calls up Rohit Shetty to avert Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3-Singham Again clash?

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again were both looking at a Diwali release. A source, however, told Times Now that Kartik called up the filmmaker to release Singham Again (Singham 3) on November 15, while Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 releases on November 1. The actor is of the belief that a two-week gap at the Box Office could help both the movies earn well. Rohit, it appears, is currently considering the offer.

Anees Bazmee's different views on the clash

Anees Bazmee spoke to Mid-Day about the clash and straight up asked why should he call the lead actor and co-producer Ajay Devgn in the matter. He, too, is of the firm belief that clashes are never a good idea, but insisted that he wouldn't get involved because it is a business decision between the producers and distributors. He ended his statement by mentioning how he is close friends with Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar as well as Rohit Shetty, and about how they know the director would never call them asking for a date change.

Will Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again actually clash at the Box Office?

Officially, to date, yes - Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Singham Again are both releasing on Diwali, November 1. Both the movies enjoy a fan following and they both have new things to offer this time around.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 brings back OG Vidya Balan, and Triptii Dimri is the female lead this time around. There also appears to be another surprise guest appearance in the movie.

As for Singham Again, the film already features A-list actors Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Deepika Padukone is the newest entrant in Rohit Shetty Cop Universe, and Arjun Kapoor, as well as Tiger Shroff, will be seen in what could end up as powerful cameo appearances.
