The influx of Kannada film releases continues unabated. In the final week of February, 11 films are competing for the attention of audiences, who have been avoiding cinema halls due to the IPL and examination season. It remains uncertain whether any of the films released this week will achieve significant success. This week features performances from actors such as Prajwal Devaraj, Priyanka Upendra, Pruthvi Ambaar, and Pramod Shetty, among others.

Here's a look at the Kannada films that are releasing in theatres and on OTT in the week of February 24 to March 2. 

Rakshasa

In one of the films, a Brahmarakshasa demon, confined within a sealed box, is inadvertently delivered to a police station's evidence room. The unintentional release of the demon triggers chaos, leaving suspended officer Sathya (played by Prajwal Devaraj) to face the monstrous threat alone. As he fights for survival against the demon's escalating power, Sathya also uncovers a sinister conspiracy that contributed to his downfall. The question remains: will he prevail against both the demon and his personal struggles?

The film, directed by Lohith H, also features Sonal Monteiro, KS Sridhar, Shobraj, and Arna Rathod, among others.

Life Is Beautiful
