Kanguva is undoubtedly one of the most expected films from Tamil cinema. The film, headlined by Suriya, is set to release on October 10 in theatres. However, as per the latest buzz, the trailer of Kanguva is expected to be out on August 12.

Kanguva trailer on August 12?

Kanguva is an anticipated Tamil film which stars Suriya in the lead role. The film is directed by Siruthai Siva in his first collaboration with the actor. As per the latest reports, the film’s trailer is expected to be released by the makers on August 12. However, an official announcement in this regard has not yet been made. It is to be noted that Studio Green which is backing Kanguva is also producing Thangalaan which will release on August 15.

Kanguva also features actors Bobby Deol, Disha Patani, Yogi Babu and others. National Film Award-winning composer Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music for the film. The post theatrical rights of Kanguva have been bagged by Prime Video. It is to be noted that Kanguva marks Suriya’s first release in two years. He was last seen as Rolex, making a guest appearance in Kamal Haasan-starter Vikram.

In Kanguva, actor Karthi is expected to make a cameo appearance towards the end of the film. While his role is reportedly lengthier in the sequel, which is yet to get a release date. If the news is indeed true, it will be the first time the brothers will be sharing the screen space, further piquing interest in the film.

Kanguva is touted to be a fantasy period drama that will sprawl across timelines and have been made on a lavish budget. The makers released Fire song from the film recently, and more updates on the film are expected to roll out once Thangalaan is released. Kanguva will hit theatres on October 10.
