We had already reported that the third season of Tamil campus drama web series Kanaa Kaanum Kaalangal has been announced. It will soon premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on August 30.

Kanaa Kaanum Kaalangal OTT release date

The very first season of Kanaa Kaanum Kaalangal aired on Star Vijay television channel back in 2006. The serial was an instant hit among the audience, especially youngsters, amid the plethora of serials that targeted adult and family audiences. Set in a school campus backdrop, Kanaa Kaanum Kaalangal revolved around a bunch of students, as they navigate through their teenage emotions, family problems and friendships. The show was an instant hit among the young audience, and subsequently, the streaming platform released the second season of the show on April 21, 2023.

Now, the third season of Kanaa Kaanum Kaalangal is all set to premiere on Disney+ Hotstat on August 30. Much like the first two seasons, the upcoming instalment is also expected to revolve around lives of school students. The show is expected to feature fresh faces, and be an emotional rollercoaster ride.

The show is written and directed by a team including Ramesh, Bharathi, Jaswini, Shiva Aravind, Manoj, Chidambaram Manivanman. The technical crew consists of music scored by Shakti Sree Gopalan and cinematographer Sathish Kumar, M Vijay and Ananth Prabu cranking the camera. Pa Vinoth is the editor.
