Kalki 2898 AD is in no mood to slow down at the box office even after four days of its release. The Nag Ashwin film has created new records in most areas of its release, and when it comes to Telugu states, things have gone to the next level altogether.

Kalki 2898 AD latest collections in Telugu states

We at OTTplay have already reported that Kalki 2898 AD made a whopping Rs 42 crore on day one in Telangana. As word of mouth spread thick and fast, the collections for the Prabhas-starrer continued to dominate the box office.

On the second day of its release, Kalki made Rs 18 crore in Telugu states. Then, as the weekend set in, the magnum opus made Rs 17 crore on day three. Once again, the collections grew on Sunday as the Amitabh Bachchan film made Rs 22 crore in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

With this, the total collection of Kalki 2898 AD comes to Rs 99 crore, which is massive. Kalki 2898 AD becomes the first Telugu film to touch the coveted Rs 100-crore mark in just five days of its release. As the weekdays have set in, we need to see how much the film will make from now on.

Kalki is also going great guns in north India as the Hindi collections have touched the Rs 100-crore mark. The makers have not indulged in any post-release promotions of the film. They were quite sure from day one that Kalki 2898 AD did not need massive promotions as the buzz for the film in Telugu states was enormous.

Kalki 2898 AD is now in the top ten Telugu films of all time and will end up in the top three for sure, looking at the way it is performing at the box office. Vyjayanthi Movie has produced the film on a budget of Rs 600 crore, as per reports. The focus of the fans is now on Kalki Part 2 and 60% of the shoot has been wrapped up. For now, part 1 is taking the box office by storm.
