More about Kakuda

For the uninitiated, the narrative of Kakuda is set in the backdrop of a small village named Ratodi in Uttar Pradesh. Every house in this village has two doors to their houses, a small and a big door. Each day, villagers keep their small door open at 7.15 pm as they believe if someone forgets to open the small door, Kakuda lurks in their house.

The film promises to be a thrilling ride with hilarious sequences. Starring Sonakshi Sinha, Riteish Deshmukh, and Saqib Saleem, it is directed by 'Zombivili' and 'Munjya’ fame director, Aditya Sarpotdar. It is written by Chirag Garg and Avinash Dwivedi and produced by Ronnie Screwvala under RSVP Movies.

Kakuda will be released exclusively on ZEE5 and you can also watch it on OTTplay Premium with the subscription. The horror-comedy is set to hit streaming on July 9, 2024.
