OTTplay was the first to report that Soumitrisha Kundu was supposed to debut on OTT with Ayan Chakrabarti’s Kaalratri. Now the teaser of the show was dropped. Soumitrisha is seen in a white saree with golden borders and gold jewellery. Popular folk song Leelabali plays in the background.  

The teaser shows that Soumitrisha is having her gaye-holud. Women surround her wearing yellow sarees. The background is decorated with yellow flowers. The women are seen performing the ritual of gaye-holud.  

This was shared on social media and the caption read, "The gaye-holud episode started. The wedding will start soon. Everyone is invited. Please come with your family."  

The name of the character played by Soumitrisha plays is Debi. The series will be released on December 6 in Hoichoi. Indrasish Roy, Anujoy Chatterjee, Rajdeep Gupta, Debesh Chattopadhyay, Rupanjana Maitra, and others. The shooting took place in September and October. Subhadeep B Guha composed the music. Ramyadip Saha is the DOP of the show. 

According to the story, a friend of Debi predicts that her husband will die. The prediction comes true and Debi's husband dies the day after the wedding. Darkness creeps into Debi's life. What will happen now? This is a murder mystery where Debi will try to solve why her husband died. 

The show will stream on Hoichoi from December 6.
