Kiran Abbavaram announced his new film

Kiran Abbavaram has officially signed a new film with Hasya Movies, as announced by OTTplay. The announcement took place today in Hyderabad, confirming that he will take on the lead role in this project.

Entitled K-Ramp, the film is expected to be a comedic venture, representing Kiran's first experience in a fully comedic role throughout his career. The production is led by Razesh Danda, known for his successful films Samajavaragamana and Ooru Peru Bhairavakona, which starred Sree Vishnu and Sundeep Kishan, respectively.

Debutant director Jains Nani is leading the project K-Ramp. The pooja ceremony, which took place on Monday, was honoured by the presence of esteemed producer Dil Raju as the chief guest. He was accompanied by producer Anil Sunkara and directors Vijay Kanakamedala, Ram Abbaraju, VI Anand, and Yadhu Vamsi, among others.

The title logo, which includes a figure, a medicine bottle, and a football, has generated significant curiosity and interest. With the storyline remaining largely undisclosed, the title poster has become a focal point of conversation. Yukti Tareja is cast in the role of the female lead for this film.

Chaitan Bharadwaj is responsible for the film's music composition, while Sateesh Reddy Masam is in charge of cinematography. The editing will be done by Chota K. Prasad, and filming is scheduled to commence in the final week of February.

Kiran Abbavaram is presently engaged in the production of his forthcoming film, Dibruba, which is set to premiere on February 14, 2025. However, the film has not generated significant anticipation, leading to speculation regarding a potential postponement of its release. An official announcement has yet to be made, but rumours are circulating widely.

The production team is considering a release during the Dussehra festival in 2025. In the meantime, K-Ramp is generating considerable excitement on social media, attributed to its captivating title. Further updates on this intriguing project will be provided as they become available.
