The official trailer for the eagerly awaited Jurassic World: Rebirth has been released. On Wednesday, Universal Pictures presented the inaugural trailer for the latest instalment in the Jurassic World franchise, which promises to transport audiences into a new age of survival. Danger is omnipresent in the jungle as the characters embark on a final attempt to obtain the DNA of the remaining dinosaur pack.

The film's trailer opens with Scarlett Johansson portraying Zora Bennett, a highly skilled covert operations specialist. She is enlisted to spearhead a clandestine mission aimed at obtaining the DNA of living dinosaurs. To navigate this perilous undertaking, she collaborates with palaeontologist Dr. Henry Loomis (Bailey), Duncan Kincaid (Ali), and several other team members. The trailer offers a glimpse into breathtaking moments where the colossal dinosaurs rise to defend their realm.

The official synopsis of the film states, “Five years following the events of Jurassic World Dominion, the Earth's ecology has largely become unwelcoming to dinosaurs. The remaining species are confined to isolated equatorial regions that mimic the climates in which they previously flourished. Within this tropical biosphere, the three largest creatures across land, sea, and air possess DNA that holds the potential for a drug offering miraculous, life-saving advantages for humanity.”

In response to the trailer, one fan remarked, "Despite the numerous sequels, I still find myself thinking, 'Yay! dinosaurs!!!'" Another fan expressed excitement, stating, “It’s fantastic to see the SPINOSAURUS again!!!!!” Additionally, a viewer commented, “I truly appreciate how it captures the adventurous spirit of the original trilogy; I haven't felt this excited for a Jurassic World film since the first one in 2015!”

Jurassic World: Rebirth is set to premiere in theatres on July 2, 2025.
