All about Pariwar, which is releasing on March 7
As Bhaskara Pillai approaches the end of his life in the film, his children and extended family convene, anticipating the inevitable conclusion. However, Bhaskara Pillai clings to life longer than anyone anticipated, much to the frustration of his children, who have already begun discussing the division of his assets. Meanwhile, the grandchildren eagerly await the opportunity to play with their grandfather's breathing mask.
The comedic essence of the film lies in the lengths to which the family goes to hasten Bhaskara Pillai's transition to the afterlife. At one point, a character expresses concern that if Bhaskara Pillai does not relinquish his hold on life, his family might resort to drastic measures. Additionally, Jagadish ponders the limits of human endurance. As Bhaskara Pillai continues to survive, his sons find themselves increasingly entangled in financial difficulties.

Pariwar signifies Jagadish's return to the comedy genre following a series of serious roles in recent times, including performances in Rorschach, Kishkindha Kaandam, and Marco, among others. The actor explains that Pariwar explores the various opinions, conflicts, and rivalries that arise among family members. When the director duo approached Jagadish for this role, they expressed their intention to provide him with a film and character that diverged from his recent work.
At the Kerala box office, Pariwar will face competition from films such as Pralayashesham Oru Jalakanyaka, Ouseppinte Osyathu, and Vadakkan.
