It had a slow start in multiplexes but gained significant traction on Sunday, earning an impressive 14.05 crore — its best single-day total — thanks to strong word-of-mouth and the unwavering support from single-screen audiences.

The action-packed film has resonated particularly well in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, where its blend of desi action, emotional moments, and intense drama struck a chord with viewers. Jaat's raw charm, combined with Sunny Deol's commanding presence, has forged a strong connection with audiences in the heartland. While it took urban areas a bit longer to embrace the film, the mass circuits compensated, making it a weekend success.

Here's how the daily collections broke down: 9.62 crore on Thursday, 7 crore on Friday, 9.95 crore on Saturday, and 14.05 crore on Sunday. With Monday being a public holiday (Ambedkar Jayanti), the film is anticipated to maintain its momentum before settling into typical weekday patterns. Industry experts are already suggesting that Jaat could emerge as one of the biggest surprise hits of 2025.

Directed by Gopichand Malineni in his Hindi debut, Jaat features Sunny Deol, Randeep Hooda, Regina Cassandra, and Saiyami Kher in prominent roles. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers and People Media Factory, the film also boasts a talented ensemble cast, including Jagapathi Babu, Ramya Krishnan, Vineet Kumar Singh, and Zarina Wahab.
