Sunny Deol, renowned for his roles in films like Gadar, Gadar 2, Border, and Indian, has made an appearance in yet another action thriller titled 'Jaat'. The movie premiered in theaters today, April 10. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, it features Randeep Hooda in a villainous role. As the film debuts in cinemas, details about its subsequent release on an OTT platform have also emerged.

The film Jaat, featuring Sunny Deol, will be accessible for streaming on Netflix following its theatrical release, although the specific release date has not yet been disclosed.
Jaat narrates the tale of a man who embarks on a quest for vengeance after his family and village suffer at the hands of a merciless criminal. Sunny Deol portrays the lead character, while Randeep Hooda takes on the role of Ranatunga, the villain. Additionally, Regina Cassandra plays a significant part in the film.

Jaat 2 on the cards?
At the Pinkvilla Masterclass, Sunny Deol was inquired about the potential for a sequel to Jaat. Considering the current trend of producing follow-up films, Sunny remarked, “Certainly, if a film is successful and the audience appreciates the character, a sequel can be created. However, it must resonate with the viewers; otherwise, it cannot be made.”
Jaat has officially been granted a U/A certificate and has undergone 22 edits. The production team announced the certification, stating: “U/A for #JAAT.
