Jaat box office collection on day 3: Sunny Deol's latest film, Jaat, has been one of the most anticipated releases of the year. While the action-packed film had a solid opening, it did not create the same level of enthusiasm as the actor's earlier hit, Gadar 2. As per the most recent data from Sacnilk.com, the film's earnings increased on its third day, reaching ₹25 crore. The movie is helmed by director Gopichand Malineni.

Jaat box office update

The most recent box office report indicates that Jaat garnered ₹10 crore based on preliminary estimates. Its opening day collection was ₹9.5 crore, but the second day saw a decline, with earnings dropping to ₹7 crore. The total collection now amounts to ₹26.5 crore. This performance is underwhelming for a film promoted as a pan-India action entertainer, especially given the strong competition from Ajith Kumar's Good Bad Ugly.

The report further reveals that Jaat achieved a Hindi occupancy rate of 13.45% on Saturday. The occupancy for evening screenings was 16.85%, while afternoon shows recorded 15.97%, and morning shows had a rate of 7.53%.

Sunny on box office numbers

In a recent interview with Bollywood Life, Sunny addressed the pressure surrounding Jaat's box office results following the tremendous success of Gadar 2. He stated, “Pressure? I have never really felt pressure in my life. However, in today's world, even if you try to avoid it, people will still impose it on you! There is so much discussion about numbers that it can make one anxious.”

In addition to Sunny, Jaat features Regina Cassandra, Randeep Hooda, Vineet Kumar Singh, Saiyami Kher, Ramya Krishnan, and Jagapathi Babu.
