On Thursday, actor Ajay Devgn made an unexpected announcement for his fans. He utilized his X (formerly Twitter) account to provide an official update regarding his forthcoming film, Dhamaal 4. Ajay posted a couple of images featuring cast members Arshad Warsi, Sanjeeda Shaikh, Jaaved Jaaferi, and others, indicating that the team has completed the first schedule of filming at Malshej Ghat.

In his post about the completion of the first schedule for Dhamaal 4, Ajay expressed, “The madness is BACK! #Dhamaal4 kicks off with a bang — Malshej Ghat schedule wrapped, Mumbai schedule rolling! Let the laughter riot begin!”

In the initial image, he is depicted with Jaaved Jaaferi, Anjali Anand, Arshad Warsi, Sanjay Mishra, and Sanjeeda Shaikh. The subsequent photograph features him alongside the creators of the sequel, standing next to director Indra Kumar and producer Bhushan Kumar.

About Dhamaal  

Released in 2007, Dhamaal is a comedy film directed by Indra Kumar. The cast includes Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Riteish Deshmukh, and Aashish Chaudhary. The film draws loose inspiration from American comedies such as Rat Race and It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World. It achieved significant commercial success, grossing over ₹50 crore at the box office, and led to the creation of a film franchise with several sequels. The first sequel, Double Dhamaal, premiered in 2011, followed by Total Dhamaal, which was released in 2019.

Ajay is currently looking forward to the release of his upcoming film, Raid 2, featuring Vaani Kapoor as his co-star. The film continues the story of IRS officer Amay Patnaik (played by Devgn) as he confronts another case of white-collar crime. Presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series, and produced by Panorama Studios, Raid 2 is set to hit theaters on May 1.
