According to a Bollywood Hungama report, Jacqueliene Fernandez has come on board as one of the female leads of Housefull 5. The actress is reportedly paired opposite Akshay Kumar in the comic caper.

"Jacqueliene is excited to return to the Housefull franchise. She enjoys the comic space and is ecstatic to continue her association with Sajid Nadiadwala and the Housefull franchise," a source told the entertainment. The source added that Sajid is in talks with three other actresses for the movie. An official announcement is expected to be made soon.

Fardeen Khan to be a part of Housefull 5?

Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Fardeen Khan has joined the star cast of Housefull 5. A Pinkvilla report suggests Khan has a fun-filled role in the Tarun Mansukhani directorial. This will mark Fardeen, Akshay, and Sajid's reunion after Heyy Babyy.

Housefull 5 was scheduled for a theatrical release this Diwali. However, the makers of this comic caper announced its new release date, which is June 6, 2025. An official statement issued about the film's new release date read, "The Houseful! franchise owes its massive success to the audiences, and we hope for a similar reception for Houseful! 5. The team has crafted an absolutely mind-blowing story that demands top-notch VFX."
