Director Vignesh Karthick’s latest directorial Hot Spot is set to stream on Aha Tamil from May 17 onwards. The film stars actors Gouri Kishan, Aditya Bhaskar, Sandy, Ammu Abhirami, Kalaiyarasan, Janani, Subash and others. The director, who is known for his click bait cut trailers and traverse across themes that are unorthodox, made Hot Spot, a hyperlink social drama that talks about various pertinent topics. Adiyae

Adiyae is a 2023 Tamil scientific romance drama starring GV Prakash Kumar and Gouri Kishan in the lead roles, with Venkat Prabhu, Mirchi Vijay, Madumkesh and others seen in supporting characters. The story revolves around a man named Jeeva who is in love with a girl since his school days. However, years later, she is now a renowned singer while he is a common man. But things change overnight when he is transported to a parallel universe where is he a famous musician and she is his wife. Reality hits Jeeva when he comes back to the normal world, squandering how to achieve his dreams. The film has music by Justin Prabhakaran and is shot by Gokul Benoy. Adiyae received mixed reviews upon its release, with the film's title taken from a song from GV Prakash-starrer Bachelor.

Thittam Irandu

Thittam Irandu is a 2021 Tamil crime thriller film, written and directed by Vignesh Karthick. The film is headlined by Aishwarya Rajesh and also features actors Pavel Navageethan, Subhash Selvam, Gokul Anand, Ananya Ramprasad, Murali Radhakrishnan, and Subash Selvam among others. The film revolves around a police officer Athira who amid her wedding preparations, takes up to solve a murder case. However, as she digs deep into the case, she finds that the killings are somehow connected to her. Thittam Irandu is one of the few films in Tamil cinema to portray transman characters, even as the film employed cis individuals to portray it.
