Her, the Manorama Max original project directed by Lijin Jose, is gearing up to have its release in November 2024. The much-awaited project, which features Urvashi, Parvathy Thiruvothu, Remya Nameesan, Lijomol Jose, and Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead roles, narrates the stories of five women from different aspects of society. After a long wait, the makers revealed Her trailer on social media, today. From the trailer, it is safe to assume that the project deals with five relatable yet hard-hitting stories.

Her trailer is out

The 1.38-minute-long trailer of Her begins with a scene in which Shantha, played by Urvashi, is seen questioning her husband, who is enjoying a vintage Malayalam romantic song, on a car. Reshma, played by Remya Nambeesan is introduced as a woman who lives in the delusional world of social media.

Parvathy Thiruvothu as Ruchi, enters as Ruchi, a professional who values her independence. Lijomol Jose plays Abhinaya, an ambitious woman in a long-distance relationship. Aishwarya Rajesh, as Aami, is seen trying for a job despite the lack of support from the people around her. From the Her trailer, it is safe to assume that the Manorama Max original project narrates the tales of five women from the various aspects of society, the casual sexism at home and work place, delusional world created by social media, and much more.

While Parvathy Thiruvothu, Urvashi, and Aishwarya Rajesh’s characters have a sense of familiarity, Remya Nameesan and Lijomol Jose’s roles seem to have much more layers to them. The men, including late actor Prathap Pothen, Rajesh Madhavan, Dr. Rony David, Sreeram Ramachandran, and others also make a mark in the trailer.

As reported earlier, Her will have its grand OTT release on Manorama Max on November 29, 2024. The multi-starrer project will be available for streaming in Malayalam, with subtitles, for now. The audiences can also stream the highly anticipated project, on OTTplay Premium. More updates on the project are expected to be out soon.
