Following this successful comeback, Harshvardhan has announced his upcoming film, Deewaniyat, which is set to premiere in theaters later this year.

Harshvardhan Rane to star in Deewaniyat

Harshvardhan Rane announced Deewaniyat through his official Instagram account, where he shared the motion poster for the film. Directed by Milap Zaveri, the movie is described as a narrative filled with themes of love, heartbreak, and music. The production team has assured audiences that Rane's new venture will be a deeply moving musical love story.

In his Instagram post, Harshvardhan stated, "Announcing Our Next: Deewaniyat A soul-stirring musical love story starring harshvardhanrane, following the phenomenal success of the re-release of SanamTeriKasam. Written & Directed by milapzaveri Co-written by mushtaqshiekh Produced by amulvmohan & anshulmohan vikirfilms – the makers of the blockbuster TheSabarmatiReport (sic)."

The screenplay for Deewaniyat has been crafted by Milap Zaveri and Mushtaq Sheikh, while Amul V Mohan and Anshul Mohan are the film's producers.

Harshvardhan Rane on Sanam Teri Kasam's re-release

Upon its re-release, Harshvardhan Rane's film Sanam Teri Kasam opened with a box office collection of Rs 5.14 crore. The actor shared a video capturing the moment he surprised fans at a cinema during a screening of Sanam Teri Kasam. In the clip posted on his social media, he remarked, "I just did my job, Deepak sir did his task, and now you are doing your duty! (sic)."
