HIT 3: Nani's investigative thriller to hit the big screen on this date!

Amidst the success of his latest film, Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, Nani shared a major update about his next highly-anticipated project, HIT: The Third Case, today (September 5). He shared a glimpse into his character in this film as well as a release date through a new poster on his social media platforms. The investigative thriller, which will be the third project of the 'Hit' franchise, is slated to have a theatrical release on May 1, 2025. The latest poster shows Nani smoking a cigar and holding a bloodied axe inside a car.
Nani to play a hot-headed cop in Hit 3
In this movie, the actor plays Arjun Sarkaar, an aggressive police officer. "Less of a cop, More of a criminal. Arjun Sarkaar takes charge," Nani wrote on his Instagram post, sharing the new poster. HIT 2's climax revealed Nani's character and established that he will portray the main character in the third installment. Given that the Hi Nanna star has not portrayed many police roles in his career, there was a lot of excitement surrounding the announcement of HIT 3.

In 2020, Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma played the key roles in the intriguing thriller HIT. After receiving positive reviews and critical praise in 2020, the filmmakers made the decision to turn it into a franchise. HIT, a Wall Poster Cinema production presented by Nani and financed by Prashanti Tipirneni, was written and helmed by Sailesh Kolanu. Adivi Sesh and Meenakshi Chaudhary appeared in HIT: The Second Case, the second installment of the series. HIT and HIT 2 are available on Amazon Prime Video.
HIT 2 told the tale of a psychopath who cannot adhere to women because of a personal tragedy and a dapper police officer, KD, who is investigating the truth behind all the killings. HIT's protagonist is Vikram, who is grappling with his own dreadful past. When a girl named Preethi vanishes inexplicably in Hyderabad, the stakes are raised and Vikram has to crack the case at any costs.
