Fans of Nani are excitedly anticipating what he will present in his forthcoming thriller HIT 3. On Friday, the actor used his X (formerly Twitter) account to announce that the film has received approval from the censor board with an 'A' certificate.

HIT 3 receives a certificate

Nani posted a new film poster on his X account with the caption, “A for ARJUN SARKAAR. CERTIFIED. #HIT3 #HIT3FromMay1st. ” The poster depicted the actor in blood-stained clothing, with a large A prominently displayed on him.

No modifications to the film have reportedly been proposed. The film is scheduled for release on May 1. HIT 3 narrates the tale of a merciless cop named Arjun Sarkar who embarks on a violent quest to rescue a 9-month-old infant. The film serves as a sequel to Sailesh’s HIT: The First Case (2020), featuring Vishwak Sen, and HIT: The Second Case (2022), starring Adivi Sesh.

Srinidhi Shetty, known for KGF, portrays his romantic interest in the film, which is produced by Nani’s sister Prashanti Tipirneni in partnership with his own Unanimous Productions under Wall Poster Cinema.

Regarding the movie

Nani has also expressed that he prefers not to categorize HIT 3 as a ‘pan-Indian’ movie similar to Pushpa or KGF. In a conversation with Varinder Chawla, Nani mentioned, “I do not consider this a pan-India film. However, pan-Indian films, in my opinion, are those we have observed previously - KGF, Baahubali, RRR, Pushpa, films that are highly awaited throughout the nation. They do present it in that manner. Certainly, the term pan-India is coined by the media. But I prefer not to delve into that realm. At this moment, I am focused on releasing my film here and ensuring that everyone who watches my film… there’s significant excitement for HIT. Therefore, for anyone interested in viewing the movie, there will be a quality product with excellent dubbing, available in a nearby theatre. ”
