Written by Dr. Romantic fame Kang Eun-Kyung, Gyeongseong Creature is returning with season 2 on Netflix. The makers will be dropping the highly awaited installment on 27 September (Friday), which offers a compelling watch for the coming weekend.

For the unversed, Gyeongseong Creature released the first season in two parts: While Part 1 was dropped in December 2023, the second part premiered in January 2024. Nearly after a tedious wait of eight months, the gripping series is set to return to its mystery-packed narrative about monstrous creatures and unethical experiments.

The first season of Gyeongseong Creature is set in 1945 against the backdrop of the Japanese occupation and colonial rule. The plot revolves around the mysterious kidnappings related to the dark cells of Ongseong Hospital and the ensuing horror of the unethical experiments. Park Seo-joon as Jang Tae-sang/Ho-jae and Han So-hee as Yoon Chae-ok are the main protagonists of the period thriller K-Drama. However, the star-studded ensemble also features stars like Kang Mal-geum, Claudia Kim, and others. Here are the other important characters, along with the cast names.
