Gullak season 4 gave all fans of the show a surprise by releasing early on June 6. Originally scheduled for June 7 release, the series is out on SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium since last night. Starring Jameel Khan, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Vaibhav Raj Gupta and Harsh Mayar in lead roles, Gullak 4 has become loved among those who have viewed the show already.

The reactions

A user stated that there is no show in the world which is better than the series. Requesting the makers to never stop the show, a part of the tweet read, “Just 5 episodes with this family and will now have to wait indefinitely to meet them again.”

“This couldn't have come at a better time to divert our minds from all the sadness we feel from the past 3 days,” another wrote, hinting at the constant twists since Elections this year.

Hinting at watching the show already, another user called Gullak 4 ‘Most Beautiful gift from TVF to mankind!’

Gullak season 4 deals with Aman Mishra (Harsh)’s growing up phase. He has hit puberty and is behaving like any teenager would. Meanwhile, Shanti (Geetanjali) and Santosh Mishra (Jameel Khan) are trying their best at parenting.

About the franchise

Gullak’s four seasons are now out. They talk about the Mishra family, Shanti, Santosh, Annu (Vaibhav) and Aman. Annu and Aman Mishra’s father Santosh Mishra tries to be the cool dad as always to growing up Aman, but ends up playing Saavdhan India in his head, courtesy his wife Shanti Mishra. Annu aka Anand Mishra is the elder son of the Mishra family. He has got his stable job and has started taking the responsibility of the whole house. Not just that, Annu is Aman’s second father in the new season.

This season introduces and marks Helly Shah’s OTT debut. The actress plays the role of a doctor named Preeti, and she meets Aman while he is still understanding what he feels towards women.
