The stage is primed for the unstoppable Megastar Chiranjeevi to once again transform the entertainment scene. Now, the Megastar is preparing for an exciting array of projects that are set to elevate the bar even further. Currently awaiting the release of the socio-fantasy film Vishwambhara, he is ready to team up with the successful director Anil Ravipudi for a new exciting project, following Ravipudi's impressive track record of 8 consecutive blockbusters. Anil's last film, Sankranthiki Vasthunnam, not only became a huge success but also broke records, grossing over 300 Cr. This eagerly awaited collaboration for #Mega157 will be produced by Sahu Garapati under the renowned Shine Screens banner, alongside Sushmita Konidela's Gold Box Entertainments, and presented by Smt. Archana.

The #Mega157 project kicked off today with a spectacular pooja ceremony, perfectly timed with the festive celebration of Ugadi, making it a fitting launch for the film. The event featured Victory Venkatesh, who initiated the clapboard, and Allu Aravind, who had the privilege of turning on the camera. The first shot was directed by the iconic K Raghavendra Rao. Star producers Dil Raju and Shirish presented the script to the team. The ceremony also saw a host of notable figures from the film industry, including Naga Vamsi, Vikram from UV Creations, Director Vassishta, Srikanth Odela, Bobby, Shiva Nirvana, Vamshi Paidipally, Mythri Naveen & Ravi, Shirish, Aswini Dutt, Ram Achanta, Sharrath Marar, Vijayendra Prasad, KS Rama Rao, KL Narayana, Suresh Babu, Venkata Satish Kilaru, Gemini Kiran, Chukkapalli Avinash, and Nimakayala Prasad.

Anil Ravipudi, known for his exceptional comedic flair and knack for creating family-friendly hits, is gearing up to direct a film that promises a delightful mix of humor, heart, and thrilling action. The screenplay, crafted by Anil Ravipudi himself, aims to showcase Chiranjeevi in a vibrant and engaging role, blending laughter with emotional depth that will resonate with audiences of all ages. Megastar Chiranjeevi will be portraying a character named Shankar Varaprasad.

The talented technical team that made Sankranthiki Vasthunnam a hit is back for this new project, promising a visually impressive experience. Cinematographer Sameer Reddy will beautifully capture the film's spirit, while music director Bheems Ceciroleo will create the soundtrack. Tammiraju will handle the editing, and writers S Krishna and G Adi Narayana will contribute to the script, with S Krishna also taking on the role of executive producer.
