Ajith Kumar, renowned for his performances in films such as Mankatha, Amarkalam, and Dheena, collaborated with director Adhik Ravichandran for the recently launched Tamil film Good Bad Ugly. Released on April 10, the film has reportedly garnered Rs 113 crore at the domestic box office, according to Sacnilk. However, within a week of its release, Good Bad Ugly has experienced a decline in earnings, with daily collections dropping to single digits. As reported by Business Today, the total worldwide revenue has reached Rs 180 crore.

Good Bad Ugly marks the entry of Mythri Movie Makers into Tamil cinema. The film boasts an impressive ensemble cast, featuring notable actors such as Trisha Krishnan, Usha Uthup, Rahul Dev, Kingsley, Roadies Raghu, Pradeep Kabra, Harry Josh, KGF Avinash, Yogi Babu, Prasanna, Prabhu, Priya Prakash, Simran, Tinnu Anand, Sayaji Shinde, Jackie Shroff, Sunil, Arjun Das, among others.

What is Good Bad Ugly about?

The film features Ajith Kumar as AK aka Red Dragon, a gangster who lives a reformed life in jail. However, after his son is put in danger, AK has to go back to his old ways to punish those involved. Netflix has bagged the post theatrical streaming rights of the film. With music by GV Prakash Kumar, the camera is cranked by Abinandhan Ramanujam and Vijay Velukutty is the editor.

Good Bad Ugly opened to mixed reviews, with the common criticism being the film filled with references from Ajith’s previous films.
